Plastics material
Base material for use below 90°C; PE-HD, PP, PS, PMMA, ABS, PETG and PVC.
Engineering plastics for maximum temperatures between 90-150°C, such as PA, POM, PE-500/PE-1000, PET and PC.
To high-performance plastic we count PEEK, PPSU, PTFE, PVDF, PEI, PSU, PPS, PAI and PI.
Processing
The easiest way is if you have a finished drawing that we can look at. In some cases, we can help you create it. We can process by milling with CNC, turning, water cutting, laser cutting or creating a prototype in a 3D printer.
How a detail is processed depends a lot on the material, quantity and how the finished detail will be used.
Manufacturing
We also have the possibility of our own and customized production of plastic. It can be new or recycled material. Suitable for you who need a specific color or size. We also have the possibility to produce material in ocean plastic.
