Here you will find the general terms and conditions of purchase and delivery for PlastShop.se.

PlastShop.se is operated by ARC Gruppen AB. You can always contact our customer service by phone or email if you have any questions or concerns.

The following general terms and conditions apply to the sale of products and other movable property (hereinafter referred to as "Products") by PlastShop.se (legal name ARC Gruppen AB, hereinafter referred to as the "Seller"), unless otherwise agreed in writing between the respective customer (hereinafter referred to as the "Buyer") and the Seller. Otherwise, the Sale of Goods Act applies.

Range and Information

The product range in the Seller's e-store is continuously updated, which means that new products are added and some products are discontinued. The Seller reserves the right to errors in information and errors in specifications for all products and services in the Seller's range. All image information should be seen as illustrations and cannot be guaranteed to accurately represent the product's exact appearance and characteristics.

Plastic is a material that is usually produced with a tolerance. For example, a plate with a thickness of 10 mm may be delivered as 11.5 mm, which is within the production tolerance. All products have a production tolerance, unless otherwise specifically agreed.

Products must only be used in accordance with the manufacturer's specified area of use, instructions, and scope.

Order and Agreement

Through the Seller's website, the Buyer can browse products and choose to put them in a shopping cart to make a request, for example, for price and delivery time. A formal order is thus not made via the website. When ordering, the Seller sends an order confirmation where the final price and delivery time are stated. An agreement is entered into only when the Seller has confirmed the order through the said order confirmation.

Products that are temporarily out of stock are backordered and do not need to be reordered.

The Seller reserves the right to errors in writing and technical problems in connection with price indications and reserves the right to cancel obviously incorrect orders.

In the event of errors in the indication of inventory status, the Seller reserves the right to correct this afterwards.

Payment

Sales are made only to companies and organizations, and payment is made via invoice. The Seller reserves the right to perform a credit check.

Delivery

The Seller cooperates closely with manufacturers and/or local resellers and delivers as far as possible directly from their warehouses. It is therefore possible that an order may arrive in several shipments. Changes and/or additions to an order must be made before the shipment is sent.

As far as possible, we try to deliver all products in cooperation with DHL or Schenker. Exceptions may occur for larger deliveries. The delivery time is normally 3-10 working days, but varies depending on the product type and order size.

In cases where the Customer is not available, does not pick up, or for other reasons cannot receive their delivery, the Seller will charge a handling fee of SEK 300. In cases where the address provided by the Customer is a private address, an additional fee may be invoiced afterwards if this was not stated at the time of ordering.

If a delivery delay occurs, the Seller will notify the Customer of this via email. The Customer has the right to cancel the purchase in the event of prolonged delivery delays. Cancellation of the purchase must be made in writing via email.

Transport Risk

Unless otherwise stated in the offer, the Customer is responsible for the transport risk (Incoterms EXW), i.e., the risk of a product being damaged or lost during transport to the Customer. The Customer bears the risk in the event of a return to the Seller.

Transport Damage

The Customer is obliged to notify the Seller's customer service in writing, with attached images, of any transport damage within seven working days of receiving the goods. The Customer is responsible for unpacking and inspecting the product's condition as soon as possible after receipt.

In the event of transport damage, the product may not be used without the Seller's special permission, and the Customer must keep the product's packaging.

Returns

Incorrectly ordered stock products can be returned, subject to agreement, for 50% of the original value. Incorrectly ordered, non-stock products (special orders) are not returned.

The Seller reserves the right to charge a small order fee for orders below SEK 500.

When returning a product, the Customer must contact the Seller's customer service via email, which will register and approve the return. No products can be returned until the return has been registered.

Complaint

  • Visible damage must be reported immediately.
  • For damage that is not visible upon receipt, a complaint must be made as soon as possible and no later than 7 working days after receipt.

In the event of an approved complaint, the Seller will send a return shipping label to the Customer. The Customer will be credited the cost of the product when the returned goods have been registered by the Seller. Full compensation is given for the return of incorrect and incorrectly delivered products.

Force Majeure

The Seller is exempt from fulfilling its obligations to the Customer if this is due to changed legislation, authority action, labor market conflict, fire, flood, war, terrorism, sabotage, accidents of greater scope, or similar events.
